Getting kinda jittery over the camp next week.
Food IC, meaning In charge of all the meals for 90 hungry youths. It's my 1st attempt.
But so far it has been really fun. Trying to figure out the best deal.
There are really so many, so many caterers out there.
Trying out 4 caterers for different days. Kinda kiasu. Just don't wanna to have same complaints every day !!!
Will post comments real soon about their food. But I guess lowering my expectations will make life easier. But just imagine...... there is Teriyaki Chicken + 1 veg + 1 fried item + rice for$2.50.
Where to find? I think it's really affordable.
But i'm really buying instant cup noodles to feed those hungry youths.
